About Us

The Kitimat Snowflake Senior Centre provides a stimulating and inexpensive opportunity to share a wide variety of educational and recreational activities, services, programs and special events with other retired people. Some special events include: - Pancake Breakfasts: Soup & Sandwich lunches: Afternoon Teas: Pot Luck Suppers: Seniors’ Week Celebrations: Summer BBQ: Christmas Dinner & Dance (always a sell out). Arts & Crafts: Gardening: Fitness classes: Choir: these and much more are all part of the Centre’s Recreational activities. Members may use the computer work-stations, the secured wireless internet service or sign up for lessons. With so many things happening, we're sure you will find something to do at the Kitimat Snowflake Senior Centre. Come Join the Fun! The Centre provides a relaxing and fun atmosphere for 50+ year adults who wish to enhance their well being .

Become a Member

Membership entitles you to many free activities and events and allows you to register for the many special workshop and classes which are offered throughout the year. Stop in anytime between 10:00 – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday – the host on duty will more than happy to sign you up on the spot. If you prefer you can complete the Attached Application form (below) and bring it along with you. Upon payment of the annual membership ($25) you will be issued with your own personal Membership Card, and receive a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Centre. Membership runs from October to following September.

Once you join we are certain that you will become a lifelong member.
